Microsoft Exchange Server integration

All emails sent to your Microsoft Exchange Server can be automatically attached to the relevant matter on InTouch.

How does this work?

Emails that contain ITR Codes in their subjects are forwarded from your email server to the InTouch email address.

Instructions for Microsoft Exchange Server

If you are using Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 or newer then your IT company will be able set this up by following the instructions in the Help Documents below:

• Microsoft Exchange 2010
• Microsoft Exchange 2013
• Microsoft Exchange 365
