Teams

Teams can be assigned to your staff profiles, to categorise your users.

You can configure as many teams as you like. This might include:

  • Office locations i.e. ‘Head Office’
  • Specific departments i.e. ‘New Business’
  • A combination of both i.e. ‘Head Office - New Business’
  1. Navigate to Settings > Teams
  2. + Add Team
  3. Enter the team’s details
  4. Select whether the team should be the Head Office
  1. Save
  1. Navigate to Settings > Teams
  2. Select the Team name in the list provided
  3. Make the required changes
  4. Save
  1. Navigate to Settings > Teams
  2. Select the Team name in the list provided
  3. Delete Team
