Form submissions report

The Form Submissions Report displays the number of times forms have been submitted within a chosen time period.

Building the Form Submissions Report

  1. Change the reporting timeframe using the calendar iconin the right hand corner
  2. Run Report

Understanding the Form Submissions Report

The table displays the number of submissions for each form saved to your InTouch account within the defined time period.

The first column displays the name of the Form Widget or Folder the form belongs to (i.e. Quote Calculator).

The second column displays the name of the individual Form (i.e. Purchase Quote).

Use the arrows to view any additional forms, if they fall across multiple pages.

Select the numbers within the table to view:

  • The matter reference associated with the form submission
  • The name of the user who completed the form submission
  • The date of the submission
