Ledger and accounts notifications

To be notified of account breaches such as balances falling below zero or payment sync issues:

1. Navigate to Settings > Accounts > Advanced
2. Under ‘Ledger & Accounts Notifications’ enter the email addresses for those you would like to be notified
3. Save Advanced Settings

Tip

This can also be configured within Settings > Administration > Email Addresses.

In the situation where a user puts an account in breach:

• InTouch will warn the user and ask them to confirm their action
• If the user confirms, an email will be sent to the designated email addresses advising them of the breach
