Saved reports
Reports can be saved within InTouch, so their configuration can be easily accessed moving forwards.
Saving a New Report
Section titled “Saving a New Report”- Within the report, select Save in the top right hand corner
- Provide the saved report with a name
- (Optional) Provide a description for the report, to help differentiate it from others
- Choose the Folder it should belong to
- Save
Accessing a Saved Report
Section titled “Accessing a Saved Report”- Select Saved from the main reporting menu
- Use the search bar to find a saved report by it’s name, type or description
- Select the Folder it belongs to
- Select the report you wish to generate
Editing a Saved Report
Section titled “Editing a Saved Report”- To change the report’s name or description, select the pencil icon to the right of the saved report
- To delete a report, select the ‘x’ icon to the right of the saved report
- To change the report’s filters:
- Run the existing saved report
- Make the required changes
- Save
- To overwrite the existing report, leave the “save as new report” option unchecked*
- To create a new saved report, select the “save as new report” checkbox*
